目的:研究钛表面电弧离子镀膜的结合强度。方法:以德国工程师手册(VDI3198)为标准,通过压入实验测量膜结合强度,利用扫描电镜观察膜结构及其与基体的结合情况。结果:载荷为400N时,膜的断裂模式属于HF3;扫描电镜可见膜与基体结合良好、厚度均匀、平整,膜厚度约为1.2μm。结论:钛表面电弧离子镀膜与基材间的结合强度能够满足临床需要。
Objective: To study the bonding strength of titanium surface arc ion plating. Methods: According to the manual of German engineers (VDI3198), the membrane bonding strength was measured by press-in test and the membrane structure and the combination with the substrate were observed by SEM. Results: When the load was 400N, the fracture mode of the membrane belonged to HF3. The scanning electron microscopy showed that the membrane was well bonded with the substrate, the thickness was uniform and the thickness was about 1.2μm. Conclusion: The bonding strength between titanium surface arc ion plating and substrate can meet clinical needs.
