进入二十一世纪后,信息技术实现了快速发展,各行各业所处的外部环境都发生了翻天覆地的变化,企业财务管理方面的发展速度更是迅猛,国外很多企业都实现了财务预算信息化管理。而国内的很多企业在预算管理方面还是采用旧有的方式,更新换代速度十分缓慢,在实际操作的过程中也呈现出了很多局限,不能适应新时代的企业财务管理需求。为了让企业发展跟上时代的步伐,满足现代化企业预算管理的需要,避免传统预算管理方式带来的不利影响,笔者从加强预算管理信息化建设的必要性出发,结合目前科技发展水平,为企业以信息化为中心,加强预算管理、提升预算时效性提供一些参考和借鉴。
