罗杰斯提出:“学习不是将无助的个体牢牢绑在凳子上,再往他们脑子里塞满那些没有实际用处的、得不到任何结果的、愚蠢的、很快就会被忘记的东西。”真正的学习应该是学生自愿积极主动地去吸收自己认为有意义的东西,然后把所学变成自己的知识库的过程。因此在美术课堂教学中,尝试通过从减压激趣、旧材料新玩法、鼓励≠吹捧、我的地盘我做主等几个环节来给予每个学生自主发展的空间,争取让每一颗金子都闪闪发光。
