教学质量高职院校教学管理与教育创新永恒的主题,是一个由教育要素综合作用的复杂系统,是教学过程和人才培养结果的有机统一,依赖于各个教学要素功能的充分发挥,有赖于科学的标准设计、严密的过程管理。湖北职业技术学院经过多年研究,探索实践了“4×4”质量体系及“234”人才培养质量认证,有效地促进了高职教育教学质量的提高。
