头颈部恶性肿瘤是常见的恶性肿瘤之一,具有较高的发病率和死亡率。化学治疗在头颈部肿瘤的综合序列治疗中占有重要地位,给药途径的改进对头颈部恶性肿瘤的化学治疗具有极其重要的意义,给药途径不同,其临床疗效亦不相同。头颈部恶性肿瘤化学治疗给药途径可简单分为:静脉化学治疗、动脉灌注化学治疗、淋巴化学治疗、局部化学治疗和多途径联合化学治疗。本文就近年来头颈部恶性肿瘤化学治疗给药途径的应用和研究进展作一综述。
Head and neck cancer is one of the common malignant tumors, with a high morbidity and mortality. Chemotherapy plays an important role in the comprehensive sequence therapy of head and neck cancer. The improvement of the route of administration is of great significance for the chemotherapy of head and neck malignant tumors. The route of administration is different and the clinical effect is not the same. Chemotherapy of head and neck cancer can be divided into simple routes of administration: intravenous chemotherapy, arterial infusion chemotherapy, lymphatic chemotherapy, local chemotherapy and multi-channel combination chemotherapy. This review summarizes the application and research progress of chemotherapy administration of head and neck malignant tumors in recent years.
