I. INTRODUCTION The family business is the most universal type of business in the world. It has significant low cost advantages and significant social and economic benefits. Whether family businesses can continue to develop in a healthy manner depends on whether they can design effective agency incentives and implement internal mechanisms for supervision. The principal-agent relationship of a family-owned company is a relationship between authorized incentive supervision and authorized exercise of rights, but in fact there is a great deal of interest between the principal and the agent.
