45钢连杆是我厂110系列柴油机的主要传动件,柴油机运转时,它承受交变的拉压载荷,提高连杆的制造质量特别是锻造质量,是确保其可靠和安全运行的重要前提。本文重点叙述模锻过程中表面氧化脱碳、过热、过烧、结疤、摺叠、裂纹、晶粒粗大等缺陷的产生原因及其防止方法。 1 氧化与脱碳坯料在氧化性气氛中加热温度过高或保温间过长,会使锻件表面产生严重的脱碳和氧化。连杆坯料与炉中的氧化性气体直接接触的表面,生成氧化皮层,在紧靠氧化皮层的基体组织,往往全部或部分地失去
45 steel connecting rod is the main transmission of our 110 series diesel engine. When the diesel engine operates, it withstands the alternating tension and compression load. Improving the manufacturing quality of the connecting rod, especially forging quality, is an important prerequisite for ensuring its reliability and safe operation. This article focuses on the causes of formation of defects such as oxidative decarburization, overheating, over-burning, scarring, folding, cracking and coarse grain during the forging process and the prevention methods. 1 Oxidation and decarburization Billet in the oxidizing atmosphere heating temperature is too high or too long insulation, will make forging surface serious decarbonization and oxidation.
