聋校教师在教学活动中经常遇到这样的困惑:教师花费大量的时间和精力向聋生传递知识、价值观和各种行为要求,而他们却毫无兴趣。教师常常面临的是聋生的抗拒,低度的学习动机,注意力不集中,厌学等现象。到底是什么原因引起的呢?笔者通过调查问卷和随堂观察,初步了解到影响聋生有效沟通的主要原因
Deaf school teachers often experience such confusion in their teaching activities: teachers spend a great deal of their time and energy sending deaf students knowledge, values and behavioral requirements, yet they have no interest in it. Teachers often face deaf students resistance, low motivation to learn, inattention, weariness and other phenomena. In the end what is caused by the author? The author through the questionnaire and random observations, the initial understanding of the main reasons for the effective communication of deaf students
