目的探讨核基质结合因子SAFB1在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达及与其发生发展的关系。方法应用S-P免疫组化方法检测158例临床石蜡标本(其中甲状腺乳头状癌71例,配对的正常甲状腺组织71例以及甲状腺乳头状癌淋巴结转移癌16例)SAFB1蛋白的表达。结果免疫组化结果显示SAFB1在正常甲状腺组织、癌和淋巴结转移癌三种类型的组织中表达明显不同(χ2=271.214,P<0.01)。在正常组织和肿瘤组织中,SAFB1蛋白的表达前者显著低于后者,即SAFB1表达强者甲状腺乳头状癌发生率高,而表达弱或阴性者发生率低,(Z=-4.608,P<0.05),SAFB1在甲状腺乳头状癌淋巴结转移癌组织中的表达与配对的甲状腺原发癌组织差异无显著性(Z=-0.466,P>0.05)。结论 SAFB1基因的表达参与了甲状腺乳头状癌的发生发展过程。
Objective To investigate the expression of nuclear matrix-associated factor-1 (SAFB1) in papillary thyroid carcinoma and its relationship with its development. Methods The expression of SAFB1 protein in 158 cases of paraffin-embedded specimens (71 cases of thyroid papillary carcinoma, 71 cases of paired normal thyroid tissues and 16 cases of thyroid papillary carcinoma with lymph node metastasis) was detected by S-P immunohistochemistry. Results The results of immunohistochemistry showed that the expression of SAFB1 in normal thyroid tissue, cancer and lymph node metastasis was significantly different (χ2 = 271.214, P <0.01). The expression of SAFB1 in normal tissues and tumor tissues was significantly lower than that in the latter, that is, the strong expression of SAFB1 was associated with a high incidence of thyroid papillary carcinoma and a low expression of SAFB1 (Z = -4.608, P < 0.05). The expression of SAFB1 in thyroid papillary thyroid carcinoma with lymph node metastasis was not significantly different from that in matched primary thyroid cancer (Z = -0.466, P> 0.05). Conclusion The expression of SAFB1 is involved in the occurrence and development of papillary thyroid carcinoma.
