我院程化荣同志在准格尔中心区建设项目的经济代表工作中,做了大量的工作,现从以下三个方面介绍他做经济代表工作的情况:一、深入现场掌握工程建设情况为了掌握工程建设情况,1990年程化荣同志在现场工作时间累计252天,1991年春节后除了换休15天外,一直坚持在现场工作至今.他在现场深入工地,及时了解和掌握施工队伍的性质、级别、技术装备情况,了解大型构件及预制构件的运输距离、地质条件变化情况,掌握工程建设进展,以及工程质量、施工方法、工程更改、材料代用、隐蔽工程等情况,这些都为合理调整施工图预算
