学前教育的不断发展,使幼儿教师短缺现象更加明显,师资不足已经成为阻碍学前教育有序发展的瓶颈。针对这一问题,幼儿教师扩充已经成为当务之急。除大量引入专业人才外,还需要从小学教师中抽调人员进行补充,这就使教师转岗成为当前教育领域的一种普遍现象。从专业发展角度进行分析,阐述了转岗教师在工作中的优势和不足,并针对这些问题提出相应的应对措施,扬“长”补“短”以促进教师转岗顺利过渡,为完善学前教育师资体系提出可参考建议。
The continuous development of pre-school education makes the phenomenon of shortage of kindergarten teachers more obvious. The shortage of teachers has become the bottleneck impeding the orderly development of preschool education. In response to this problem, the expansion of kindergarten teachers has become a top priority. In addition to the introduction of a large number of professionals, there is also a need to supplement the recruitment of teachers from primary schools, which makes the transfer of teachers into a common phenomenon in the current education field. From the perspective of professional development, this paper expounds the strengths and weaknesses of job-changing teachers in their work, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in response to these problems, in order to promote the smooth transition of teachers’ Pre-school teacher system proposed reference.
