【案情】2013年我市某公立医院的住院病人通过广播、网络等媒体反映医院收取护工陪护费不合理,执法人员为了解实际情况,对此开展了调查。通过调查得知,为了满足住院病人的陪护需求,加强对医院内部陪护人员的管理,2013年初医院通过招标程序与镇江某后勤保障服务有限公司(简称公司)签定了陪护管理服务委托合同,合同中约定了陪护的种类、收费金额、医院提成的比例等内容,经统计2013年医院共收陪护费3418953.6元,支付给公司3274176元,医院留存了14.48万元。
