慢性肾炎尿毒症,是慢性肾炎终末期最严重的表现之一,常指示着肾功能的最终衰竭.我们经中西医结合曾治愈一例慢性肾炎尿毒症患者,兹报告如下. 病例摘要患者罗某,男,49岁,南昌市郊农民.1961年10月7日晚入院.患者于入院前十多天开始腹痛腹泻,每日二三次.后因食鱼肉,腹泻加重,日达七八次,稀黄水样便,并曾呕吐二次,惟量均不多.此后,症状持续,小便短少,食欲锐减,终于尿闭、神志恍惚,乃入院求治.据诉1960年曾患全身浮肿病,当时诊断不详,经治疗后,水肿逐渐消失.此外,并无重要病史. 入院检查:体温35.5℃(腋),脉搏60次,
