O-甲基蝙蝠葛碱(O-Methel dauricine,OMD)为蝙蝠葛碱(Dauricine,Dan)的烃化衍生物。我室对Dau系列衍生物进行实验研究时发现,OMD抗实验性心律失常与母体化合物不同。本文旨在研究OMD的抗心律失常作用,并与Dau比较。
O-Methel dauricine (OMD) is an alkylated derivative of Dauricine (Dan). When we conducted an experimental study on the Dau series derivatives in our lab, we found that OMD is resistant to experimental arrhythmias unlike the parent compound. This article aims to study the anti-arrhythmic effects of OMD and compare it with Dau.
