CA_(125)存在于浆膜表面,可在血清及羊水中测到。近年来有用于Down综合征的产前诊断报道。正常妇女血清中CA_(125)水平很低,早期妊娠升高。有Down综合征胎儿的母血清 CA_(125)(MS-CA_(125))与正常同孕周的早,中期妊娠相比,其水平无明显差异。孕中期有Down综合征胎儿的羊水中CA_(125)水平明显高于正常同孕周的妊娠。CA_(125)产前诊断Down综合征还有待进一步探索。
CA 125 exists on the serosal surface and can be detected in serum and amniotic fluid. In recent years there are reports of prenatal diagnosis of Down syndrome. Normal women serum CA_ (125) low level, early pregnancy increased. There was no significant difference in the level of CA 125 (MS-CA 125) in the fetus with Down syndrome compared with that in the normal and gestational weeks. In the second trimester, the level of CA 125 in the amniotic fluid of the fetus with Down syndrome was significantly higher than that of the normal pregnancy. Premature diagnosis of Down syndrome syndrome CA_ (125) remains to be further explored.
