目的探讨中医医院医疗质量管理的现状及其改进策略。方法对我院2014年至今在医院内部实施“阴阳五行绩效考核”管理的情况进行研究分析,观察实施该项管理措施后,我院的医疗质量管理状况。结果研究结果表明,采用“阴阳五行绩效考核”方法进行管理,不但医院员工的职业素养得到了提升,而且还提高了医院的医疗服务质量和管理质量。结论针对当前中医院医疗质量管理出现诸多问题的现状,采用阴阳五行绩效管理模式,能有效提高中医院的医疗服务技术水平,改善中医院的医疗质量管理现状,增强医院的综合实力,从而实现中医院的可持续发展。
Objective To explore the status of medical quality management in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals and its improvement strategy. Methods From 2014 to now, the hospital conducted “Yin Yang and Five Elements Performance Appraisal” management in our hospital, and analyzed the status of medical quality management in our hospital after implementing this management measure. Results The results show that using “Yin Yang and Five Elements Performance Appraisal” method to manage, not only the occupational quality of hospital staff has been improved, but also improve the hospital’s medical service quality and management quality. Conclusions Aiming at the current situation of many problems in medical quality management of TCM hospitals, adopting the performance management model of Yin-Yang and Wu-xiang can effectively improve the technical level of medical services in TCM hospitals, improve the status of medical quality management in TCM hospitals and enhance the comprehensive strength of hospitals, Hospital’s sustainable development.
