医院作为知识密集型和技术密集型组织,专业化技术水平要求较高。随着老百姓生活水平改善,生活质量不断提高,患者对医疗水平的期望值也随之提高,同时也就对医疗人员的技术水平提出了更高的要求。因此,医院管理实质上主要体现在对人员的管理上,作为以知识为载体的人力资源,在医院管理中的核心地位显著提升。如何适应新形势,发展战略人力资源管理,更好推动组织整体战略发展,是当前各级医院面临的重要任务。
Hospitals, as knowledge-intensive and technology-intensive organizations, require high levels of specialized skills. As people’s living standards improve, quality of life continues to improve, the patient’s expectations of the medical level also increased, but also on the technical level of medical personnel put forward higher requirements.
