温拌剂的掺入降低了沥青混合料的施工温度,使得沥青的短期老化程度得到了改善。为了明确温拌剂是否对沥青有延缓老化的作用,选用克拉玛依90#沥青和掺入KSH-D温拌剂的温拌沥青,进行相同温度下不同老化时间的短期老化模拟试验。利用残留针入度比、残留延度比、相邻延度差值、软化点增量、残留粘度比及沥青的老化速率来研究温拌剂对基质沥青短期老化的影响,证明了温拌剂在一定程度上可以延缓沥青的短期老化,并从KSH-D温拌剂的改性机理方面分析了延缓沥青短期老化的原因。
The incorporation of warm mix agent reduces the construction temperature of asphalt mixture, so that the short-term aging of asphalt is improved. In order to clarify whether the warm mix agent has the effect of retarding the aging of asphalt, the short-term aging simulation experiment with different aging time at the same temperature was conducted using Karamay 90 # asphalt and warm mix asphalt mixed with KSH-D warm mix. The effect of warm mix on the short-term aging of matrix asphalt was studied by using residual penetration ratio, residual ratio, difference of adjacent extension, increment of softening point, residual viscosity ratio and aging rate of asphalt. To a certain extent, it can delay the short-term aging of asphalt and analyze the reason of short-term aging of asphalt from the modification mechanism of KSH-D warm agent.
