目的探讨夏陈口服液对小儿肺炎T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法 2005-10-2007-04唐山市丰润区人民医院45例住院肺炎患儿随机分为干预组(25例)、未干预组(20例),同期在本科住院的非感染患儿22例为对照组,治疗第5天及第10天抽静脉血2 ml,采用流式细胞仪检测患儿静脉血中T淋巴细胞亚群水平。结果治疗第5天未干预组CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8明显低于对照组与干预组(P<0.05);干预组CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8亦明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗第10天干预组CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);未干预组CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8明显低于对照组与干预组(P<0.05)。结论夏陈口服液能有效增强小儿的免疫功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of Xia-Chen oral liquid on T lymphocyte subsets in children with pneumonia. Methods 2005-10-2007-04 Fengren District People’s Hospital of Tangshan City, 45 cases of hospitalized children with pneumonia were randomly divided into intervention group (n = 25), non-intervention group (n = 20), non-infected children undergraduate hospital in the same period In the control group, 2 ml venous blood was collected on the 5th and 10th day of treatment, and the level of T lymphocyte subsets in the venous blood was detected by flow cytometry. Results The levels of CD3, CD4 and CD4 / CD8 in the untreated group on the fifth day of treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group and the intervention group (P <0.05). The levels of CD3, CD4 and CD4 / CD8 in the intervention group were also significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The levels of CD3, CD4 and CD4 / CD8 in intervention group on the 10th day after treatment were not significantly different from those in the control group (P> 0.05), but the levels of CD3, CD4 and CD4 / CD8 in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control and intervention groups ). Conclusion Xia Chen Oral Liquid can effectively enhance children’s immune function.
