嗜酸性粒细胞增多综合征(hypereosiophilic syndromes,HES)是一组病因不明,以骨髓、外周血和组织中嗜酸性粒细胞增多为特点,累及多个器官的疾病。国内报道不多,并发门静脉血栓形成(portal vein thrombosis,PVT)的报道更加少见。现将吉林大学中日联谊医院血管外科收治的1例HES合并PVT病例报告如下,并且复习相关文献。1病例资料男性,30岁,农民。因“腹痛、腹胀10余日,腹泻1周”入院。患者在3个月前曾经出现双侧小腿皮疹,外
Hypereosinophilic syndromes (HES) are a group of diseases involving an unknown etiology involving multiple eosinophils in bone marrow, peripheral blood and tissues. Domestic reports of small portal vein thrombosis (portal vein thrombosis, PVT) reported more rare. A case of HES complicated with PVT admitted to Department of Vascular Surgery, Sino-Japanese Friendship Hospital, Jilin University, is reported as follows, and relevant literature is reviewed. 1 case information male, 30 years old, farmer.
