采用全价颗粒饲料喂养，定期定量ip右旋糖酐铁1．0～2．0ml／周（含铁50～100mg／周）的方法建立了高铁对大鼠主要脏器病理损伤的动物模型。取大鼠主要脏器进行标本处理、制作，并在光镜和电镜下观察、拍片。结果表明实验组和对照组有显著差异，实验组大鼠心脏、肝脏组织细胞发生了不同程度的病理损伤。
