一、充分利用新教材是课程改革的重要一环现在,我们所说的课程已经不再只是教学计划、教学大纲、教科书等文件(即课程不再只是特定知识的载体),而且包括教师和学生共同探求知识的过程。因此,教材改革只是课程改革的突破口,而课程改革的核心环节是课程实施,是如何充分利用新教材进行教法、学法的改革。实际上,课程方案一旦确定,教学改革就成了课程改革的重头戏。如果教学观念不更新,教学方式不转变,新编教材得不到充分利用,课程改革就会流于形式,事倍功半甚至劳而无功。因此,如何挖掘新教材的教育功能,充分体现课程改革的指导思想,是我们基层教育工作者
