参照经济特区某些做法而建立的经济技术开发区,对我国经济体制改革深入推进和国民经济持续健康快速发展,发挥了十分重要且无可替代的作用。作为一种新体制、新模式,经济技术开发区经过了25年的实践。在发达地区,开发区无一例外都成为该地区经济发展的龙头和支柱。作为我省首批开发区,近年来,九江开发区在市委、市政府的扶持下,区域扩大,财政过亿,各项工作快速进位。但是,沿江先进开发区成功起飞,本省一些后起的开发区快速追赶,形势逼人。
The economic and technological development zones established with reference to certain practices in the special economic zones have played an extremely important and irreplaceable role in deepening the reform of our economic system and in achieving a sustained, healthy and rapid development of the national economy. As a new system and new model, Economic and Technological Development Zone has passed 25 years of practice. In the developed regions, the development zones have all become the leaders and pillars of economic development in the region without exception. As the first development zone in our province, in recent years, under the support of the municipal government and the municipal government, the Jiujiang Development Zone has expanded its regional scale with over one hundred million yuan in fiscal revenue and a fast track in various fields. However, the advanced development zones along the Yangtze River have taken off successfully and the later development zones in the province have been rapidly catching up. The situation is pressing.
