按照省委、省政府绿色河北攻坚行动暨春季造林动员会议要求,保定市牢牢树立生态至上理念,依托去年年底制定的造林增绿三年行动计划,再加压、再提速,把建设绿色保定作为工作目标,抓住当前春季造林的有利时机,大力开展“绿色保定造林攻坚月”行动,目前,全市造林工作已经陆续铺开,完成整地13.5万亩,人工造林5万亩,储备苗木140万株,完成义务植树26万余株。按照确保时间、确保进度、确保质量、确保效果的要求,全市上下多措并举,强力推动,努力做到“六个坚持”。
