目的:探讨参苓胃消胶囊联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良患者的临床效果。方法:抽选我院收治的功能性消化不良患者81例,随机数字表法分为两组。观察组(40例)给予参苓胃消胶囊联合多潘立酮治疗,对照组(41例)给予多潘立酮单独治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果差异。结果:观察组治疗有效率95.0%,对照组治疗有效率75.6%,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后症状积分相较治疗前均有明显改善,差异显著(P<0.05),同时观察组患者治疗后症状积分相较对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:参苓胃消胶囊联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良患者有着良好的临床效果,能有效提升患者治疗效果、改善临床症状,值得临床推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Shenling Weixiao capsule combined with domperidone in patients with functional dyspepsia. Methods: A total of 81 patients with functional dyspepsia admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group (40 cases) was treated with Shenling Weixiao Capsule combined with domperidone, and the control group (41 cases) given domperidone alone. The difference in therapeutic effect between the two groups was compared. Results: The effective rate was 95.0% in the observation group and 75.6% in the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). Symptom scores in both groups after treatment were significantly improved compared with before treatment, the difference was significant (P <0.05), while the observation group patients after treatment symptom scores compared with the control group significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: Shenling Weixiao capsule combined with domperidone in patients with functional dyspepsia has a good clinical effect, which can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients and improve clinical symptoms, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
