对孩子的教育,要从小抓起,它已为广大父母所理解。可是,应抓什么呢?怎么抓?各人有各人的答案。我认为从小注意开发孩子的智力固然重要,但在此同时必须重视培养孩子良好的个性品质。没有良好品质的孩子,即便智商再高,将来也不一定能成为建设祖国的有用人才。心理学研究还表明,加强儿童良好的个性品质培养,能促进儿童智力的发展。在这方面,我做了一些有益的尝试。1.尊重孩子独立的人格和精神,培养孩子的独立性。自从孩子进幼儿园后,展现在她面前的是一个崭新的丰富多彩的世界,她的自我意识不断地发展。我几乎每天问她:今天在幼儿园里干了什么?一开始她还高
