结合醇一步法叔胺生产实际情况,介绍了生产过程工艺及其对质量的影响因素,品质优越的叔胺生产是以高性能胺化催化剂及有效的工艺控制为保障条件。通过不同品种催化剂、工艺条件(温度、氢气分压等)对胺化反应进程的质量控制进行了讨论,认为胺化反应最终产物粗叔胺中伯/仲胺及残余醇的含量是影响成品质量的关键因素。
According to the actual situation of the production of tertiary amine by one-step alcohol method, the production process and its influencing factors on quality are introduced. The production of high quality tertiary amine is guaranteed by the high performance amination catalyst and effective process control.
