根据板料二维断面成形的特点,采用Laplace变换,建立了二维板料断面有限元网格的局部重新划分的算法,并用有限元方法实现求解过程。确立了局部分网中局部量与整体量的转换关系,以及新旧信息在局部区域内的传递关系。通过重新分网前后的网格图、等效应力/应变等值线分布,表明该方法是准确、可靠的。
According to the characteristics of two-dimensional profile forming of sheet metal, the Laplace transform was used to establish the local re-partitioning algorithm for the two-dimensional finite element mesh of sheet metal section, and the finite element method was used to solve the problem. Established the partial subnet in the local volume and the overall conversion of the amount of information, as well as the old and the new information in the local area of the transmission relationship. Through the re-sub-grid before and after the grid map, the equivalent stress / strain contour distribution, indicating that the method is accurate and reliable.
