儿童喉部创伤,如早期得不到及时的处理,可导致并发症。本文报告5例诊治体会。1 病例报告1.1 例1.患儿男,11岁。骑自行车时被汽车撞伤喉部。查体:喉部压痛,伴声音嘶哑,无咯血及呼吸困难。纤维喉镜检查见双侧声带前半部均有牯膜下血肿。经5周对症治疗,双侧声带血肿消失,左侧声带前下方形成粘液囊肿,囊肿切除后治愈。
Childhood throat trauma, if not treated early, can lead to complications. This article reports 5 cases of diagnosis and treatment experience. 1 case report 1.1 cases 1. children male, 11 years old. Car hit the throat when riding a bicycle. Examination: throat tenderness, with hoarse voice, no hemoptysis and breathing difficulties. Fiber laryngoscopy see the first half of bilateral vocal cords have submucosal hematoma. After 5 weeks of symptomatic treatment, bilateral vocal hematoma disappeared, the left vocal fold before the formation of mucus cysts, cysts removed after cure.
