通过在磁性纳米粒子表面修饰柠檬酸得到了分散性良好的水基磁流体,为了研究磁性纳米粒子在生物医药上的应用,通过Stober法合成了Fe3O4/SiO2复合粒子。透射电镜(TEM)和红外光谱仪(IR)研究表明,SiO2成功地包裹在Fe3O4粒子表面,且复合粒子的分散性好,粒径均匀。振动样品磁强计测试表明磁性复合粒子仍然具有较强磁性。
In order to study the application of magnetic nanoparticles in biomedical applications, the Fe3O4 / SiO2 composite particles were synthesized by Stober method by modifying the surface of magnetic nanoparticles with citric acid. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and infrared spectroscopy (IR) studies show that SiO2 is successfully encapsulated on the surface of Fe3O4 particles, and the composite particles have good dispersibility and uniform particle size. Vibrational sample magnetometer tests show that the magnetic composite particles still have strong magnetic properties.
