抚顺石化“千万吨炼油、百万吨乙烯”工程胜利建成并投产,标志着又一个世界级炼化生产基地崛起。这也是振兴辽宁老工业基地的头号工程,推动抚顺城市经济转型的振兴工程。在党的十八大召开前夕,抚顺石化“千万吨炼油、百万吨乙烯”工程胜利建成并投产,为十八大献上了一份厚礼。近日,本刊特约记者专访了党的十八大代表、全国“五一劳动奖章”获得者——中国石油抚顺石化公司总经理裴宏斌。
Fushun Petrochemical “million tons of oil, million tons of ethylene ” project was successfully completed and put into production, marking another rise of a world-class refining and chemical production base. This is also the number one project to rejuvenate Liaoning’s old industrial base and promote the revitalization project of Fushun’s urban economic restructuring. On the eve of the 18th CPC National Congress, Fushun Petrochemical Co., Ltd. successfully completed and put into production the project of “10 million tons of refined oil and 1 million tons of ethylene” and presented a gift for the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Recently, the correspondent of this magazine interviewed Pei Hongbin, general manager of PetroChina Fushun Petrochemical Company, on behalf of the 18th National Congress of the Party, winner of the “May 1st Labor Medal”.
