为探讨丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)与HCV感染者血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)的关系,本文应用HCVNS5区逆转录-套式聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)对79例抗-HCV阳性者进行HCVRNA检测,同时用限制性内功酶法对HCV进行基因分型。检出HCVRNA阳性者69例,其中HCVⅡ型30例,Ⅲ型27例,Ⅱ/Ⅲ混合型12例,HCV不同的基因型在ALT正常组和异常组中的分布有显著性差异(P<0.01),Ⅱ型和Ⅱ/Ⅲ混合型主要分布于ALT异常组中,Ⅲ型主要分布于ALT正常组中。提示Ⅱ型和Ⅱ/Ⅲ混合型很可能是导致ALT异常的主要型别,应引起足够重视。
In order to explore the relationship between hepatitis C virus (HCV) and serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) in HCV-infected patients, 79 anti-HCV positives were detected by RT-PCR using HCVNS5 reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction The HCV RNA was detected and HCV genotyped by restriction endonuclease method. There were 69 cases with positive HCVRNA, including 30 cases of HCV Ⅱ, 27 cases of type Ⅲ and 12 cases of mixed type Ⅱ / Ⅲ. The distribution of HCV genotypes in normal and abnormal ALT groups was significantly different (P <0 .01). Type Ⅱ and Ⅱ / Ⅲ mixed type were mainly distributed in ALT abnormal group, and type Ⅲ mainly distributed in normal ALT group. Prompt type Ⅱ and Ⅱ / Ⅲ mixed type is likely to lead to the main type of abnormal ALT, should cause enough attention.
