本研究采用整群抽样抽取528名银行职员做问卷调查。结果表明:银行职员积极应对对成就感低落维度有负向预测力,消极应对对工作倦怠有正向预测力;人格对工作倦怠具有预测力;消极应对在人格的宜人性、外倾性维度对工作倦怠的影响关系中及神经质对成就感低落维度的影响关系中具有完全中介作用,在开放性对工作倦怠的影响关系中具有部分中介作用;积极应对在责任感、外倾性、开放性维度对成就感低落维度的影响关系中具有部分中介效应。
In this study, 528 bank staff were sampled by cluster sampling to do questionnaire survey. The results show that bank staff actively respond negatively to the low sense of accomplishment, negative anticipation positively to job burnout, personality has predictive power to job burnout, and negative response to the pleasantness and extroverted dimension of personality Job burnout and the impact of neuroticism on the low sense of accomplishment have a complete intermediary role in the relationship between openness and job burnout has a partial intermediary role; actively respond to the sense of responsibility, externalities, open dimension The impact of low sense of accomplishment has a partial mediating effect.
