目的探究市售硅橡胶蒸篦中的甲基环硅氧烷类有毒物质的迁出规律,对食品接触硅橡胶材料使用安全性进行评价。方法将市售硅橡胶蒸篦在实际使用温度(100℃热空气)下进行老化,并用不同食品模拟液(水、4%乙酸(V:V)、正己烷)对其进行处理,利用气质联用(GC-MS)分析仪对其中甲基环硅氧烷类有毒物质的迁出量进行检测。结果以正己烷为模拟液时,硅橡胶中分子量较低的甲基环硅氧烷在4 h时已全部迁出至模拟液中,而以超纯水和4%乙酸为模拟液时,没有有机小分子的迁出。结论食品接触硅橡胶材料在中性和酸性条件下使用安全,但在油性环境下使用会存在安全隐患。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the migration rules of methylcyclosiloxane toxicants in the commercial silicone rubber grate and to evaluate the safety of food contact silicone rubber materials. Methods The commercially available silicone rubber grate was aged at the actual temperature (100 ℃ hot air) and treated with different food simulants (water, 4% acetic acid (V: V), n-hexane) The outflow of methylcyclosiloxanes was examined by GC-MS. The results of n-hexane as a simulated liquid, the lower molecular weight of silicone rubber methyl siloxane in 4 h has been fully migrated to the simulated liquid, and with pure water and 4% acetic acid as a simulated liquid, there is no Small organic molecules move out. Conclusion Food contact silicone rubber is safe to use under neutral and acidic conditions, but there are potential safety issues when used in an oily environment.
