Describes a video codec system based on B LACKFIN series of high-speed DSP chips from ADI Company. It introduces how to construct and optimize the video codec system from the perspective of system framework and data structure. It also expounds the application of multi-processor in practical applications Synchronization and communication problems. The experimental results show that this design scheme concisely and effectively realizes H.263 international video compression standard in real time.
