目的:讨论影响心肺复苏(CPR)成功的主要因素。方法:对128例心肺复苏患者进行临床资料分析。结果:在2010年心肺复苏指南实施下复苏成功率有显著提高。结论:胸外心脏按压的开始时间越早,复苏成功率就越高;应用2010年心肺复苏指南对心跳呼吸骤停的患者复苏成功率可提高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To discuss the main factors affecting the success of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Methods: Clinical data of 128 patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation were analyzed. Results: The success rate of resuscitation was significantly improved under the implementation of the 2010 CPR guidelines. Conclusion: The earlier the onset of chest compression, the higher the success rate of resuscitation; the success rate of resuscitation in patients with cardiac arrest and respiratory arrest can be improved by using the 2010 CPR guidelines, which is worthy of clinical application.
