2007年,国务院批准长株潭城市群为全国资源节约型和环境友好型综合配套改革试验区,两年多的实践已经取得了一定成效,但如何进行综合评价还在探索之中。本文从理论依据、指标体系建构、具体评价方法进行分析,并从实证的角度加以论证,既为长株潭“两型社会”建设提供理论支持,又为精品课程群建构提供理论借鉴。
In 2007, the State Council approved the Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration as a national pilot zone for resource-saving and environment-friendly comprehensive reform. More than two years of practice have yielded some success, but how to carry out comprehensive evaluation is still under exploration. This article analyzes from theoretical basis, index system construction and specific evaluation methods, and demonstrates from an empirical point of view, which not only provides theoretical support for the construction of Chang-Zhu-Tan “two-oriented society ”, but also provides a theoretical reference for the construction of excellent course group.
