随着我国市场经济的快速发展和整体工业水平的提高,技能型人才的紧缺日益成为全社会关注的焦点,汽修行业的人才显得尤为突出。而企业需要上岗就能独立承担汽修任务的专业人才,这给培养专业人才的中职学校提出了新的课题。因为传统教育模式存在诸多弊端,课程与就业关联度不够,重理论轻实践等。大力推行理论与实践的一体化教学改革,创设适应汽修专业的人才培养目标的课程体系刻不容缓。
With the rapid development of China’s market economy and the improvement of the overall industrial level, the shortage of skilled personnel has become the focus of the whole society day by day. The talent in the auto repair industry is particularly prominent. And enterprises need to be on duty to undertake the task of auto repair professionals, which to train professionals in secondary vocational schools put forward new topics. Because of the traditional education model has many drawbacks, the degree of correlation between curriculum and employment is not enough light theory of practice. Vigorously promote the theory and practice of integrated teaching reform, the creation of auto repair professional training objectives of the curriculum system without delay.
