本文以洪湖市纺织工业局的作法为例,谈谈如何加强会计人员自身建设,提高会计工作的地位和作用。一、明确宗旨,转移工作重心,当好领导的参谋业务主管部门的财会机构加强自身建设,首要之点就是要明确工作宗旨,调整工作重心。变以往管好用好机关经费为主转移到为基层企业服务、为经济效益服务、为领导决策服务为主的轨道上来,参与经营决策,把会计工作渗透到经营管理中去。洪湖市纺织局财会科近几年长期坚持编制有18项经济技术指标的“纺织工业企业主要财务成本指标月报表”,及时反馈各企业的经营活动成果,为领导提供会计信息。这种月报表现在已成为纺织系统领导和有关职能
In this paper, the practice of Honghu Textile Industry Bureau, for example, to talk about how to strengthen the accountants themselves to improve the status and role of accounting work. We should participate in business decision-making and infiltrate accounting work into operation and management. In recent years, Honghu Textile Bureau Financial and Accounting Department has persisted in compiling monthly statement of main financial cost indicators for textile industrial enterprises with 18 economic and technical indicators, timely reporting the results of business activities of various enterprises and providing accounting information to leaders. This monthly report has now become the leader of the textile system and related functions
