党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为总书记的党中央高度重视西藏发展稳定,提出了一系列关于西藏工作和对口支援西藏的新思想、新要求,也为科技援藏工作赋予了更高的历史使命、更艰巨的任务。广东省对口援藏的是西藏林芝地区。为了贯彻广东省委书记胡春华提出的“五大援藏举措”和省长朱小丹提出的“进一步加强人才援藏、产业援藏、就业援藏”要求,更好地做好新时期的科技援藏工作,进一步改善林芝地区科技人才队伍建设,加强两地科技创新交流,巩固和深化广东科技援藏成果,成为科技援藏的突破点和创新援助的切入点。
