目的建立党参中管花党参碱A的HPLC含量测定方法。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C1(84.6 mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%二乙胺(10∶90)等度洗脱;流速1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长为267nm。结果管花党参碱A在0.658~6.578μg范围内线性关系良好,r为0.9990;平均回收率为96.04%,RSD为2.04%。结论该方法准确可靠,重现性好,可用于党参药材的质量控制。
Objective To establish HPLC method for determination of Corydalis A in Codonopsis. Methods The chromatographic column was Kromasil C1 (84.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of isocratic elution of acetonitrile-0.1% diethylamine (10:90), the flow rate was 1.0 mL / min, the column temperature was 30 ℃, the detection wavelength was 267 nm . Results The results showed that the linear relationship was good between 0.658 and 6.578 μg (r = 0.9990). The average recovery was 96.04% and the RSD was 2.04%. Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable, reproducible, and can be used for quality control of Codonopsis pilosula.
