领导科学是一门基础理论丰富,实践性很强的课程,提高学生学习的主动性,培养和训练学生解决实际问题的能力非常重要。文章首先提出了在目前的教学实践中存在的现实问题,然后根据近三年教学实践中取得的经验,从教学内容和逻辑框架的设计以及实践教学方法两个方面阐述了教学改革的主要思路和成果,为进一步提高课程的教学效果提供参考。
Leadership science is a basic theory rich, practical course, improve student learning initiative, training and training students ability to solve practical problems is very important. First of all, the article puts forward the realistic problems existing in the current teaching practice. Based on the experience gained in the past three years of teaching practice, the author elaborates the main ideas of teaching reform from two aspects of teaching content and logical framework design as well as practical teaching methods.
