1984—1985年,选用对光周期反应不同的材料,研究了高粱光敏感时期及此间温度对各类型材料开花时期的影响。结果表明,高粱对光周期最敏感的阶段大致在出苗后10—20天,光反应敏感的材料敏感时期相对早而长,光反应迟钝的材料敏感时期相对晚而短,在高粱光敏感时期,高温促进开花时期提前。但光敏类型不同的材料对高温反应不同,光敏感型的材料对高温反应敏感,光迟钝型的材料对高温反应迟钝,二者是一致的。低温处理明显地延迟了高粱的开花时期,但高粱对低温的反应与对光周期的反应没有内在的联系。
In 1984-1985, different materials responding to photoperiod were chosen to study the effect of light sensitive period of sorghum and its temperature on the flowering time of various types of materials. The results showed that the most sensitive period of sorghum was about 10-20 days after the emergence of the photoperiod. The sensitive period of the photoreactive material was relatively long and the photoperiod sensitive period of the photoperiod was relatively late and short. During the photo-sensitive period of sorghum, High temperature promotes flowering period ahead of schedule. However, different types of photosensitive materials respond differently to high temperature. Photosensitive materials are sensitive to high temperature. Materials that are sensitive to light are insensitive to high temperatures. Both of them are consistent. Cryogenic treatment significantly delayed the flowering period of sorghum, but the sorghum response to low temperatures was not intrinsically linked to the photoperiod response.
