本文综合分析了“资源瓶颈”约束下企业开展资源获取型对外投资与合作的总体经营策略,按照“资源为我所用、但不一定占有资源和进口资源”的思路,提出了中国企业开展“走出去”的可行举措。中国企业可以通过市场、技术、管理等多要素整合和产能、组织效率优化等,采取多种国际合作创新方式,以提高资源的国际流动效率、减少资源的浪费与无序转移,实现可持续发展。
This paper comprehensively analyzes the overall business strategy of enterprises to carry out resource-seeking foreign investment and cooperation under the constraint of “resource bottleneck”.
