高校大规模的扩招,毕业生人数增加,当前严峻的就业形势及环境,给高职毕业生的心理带来了消极影响。高职外语系毕业生在就业过程中,同普通高校毕业生相比,显然处于不利地位,而面临巨大的就业心理压力。通过分析高职毕业生常见就业心理问题及产生的原因,并力图从社会、学校和个人的角度,试图找到有效帮助高职毕业生化解就业心理障碍,顺利就业的途径。
The large-scale enlarging enrollment of colleges and universities, the increasing number of graduates, the current severe employment situation and the environment have brought a negative impact on the psychology of higher vocational graduates. Compared with ordinary college graduates, graduates of higher vocational foreign language department are apparently at a disadvantage in the employment process, facing tremendous employment psychological pressure. By analyzing the common employment psychology problems of higher vocational graduates and their causes, and trying to find ways to effectively help the graduates of higher vocational schools resolve the employment psychological barriers and get employment smoothly from the perspectives of society, schools and individuals.
