环丙沙星(Ciprofloxacin)是一新型氟喹诺酮类抗菌药,具有广谱的抗革兰氏阴性和阳性细菌的活力,对绿脓杆菌和细胞内生长的病原菌如支原体、衣原体和军团菌也有抑制作用,与β-内酰胺类等抗生素无交叉耐药性。国外已广泛用于治疗泌尿生殖系、消化系、呼吸系、皮肤软组织感染及骨髓炎等。我们用环丙沙星治疗33例呼吸道感染,现报告如下。
Ciprofloxacin is a novel fluoroquinolone antibacterial with broad-spectrum activity against Gram-negative and positive bacteria and also against Pseudomonas aeruginosa and intracellular pathogens such as Mycoplasma, Chlamydia and Legionella Role, and β-lactams and other antibiotics without cross-resistance. Abroad has been widely used in the treatment of genitourinary, digestive, respiratory, skin and soft tissue infections and osteomyelitis. We use ciprofloxacin 33 cases of respiratory tract infection, are as follows.
