我們原来所用的风門,由于彈簧热处理和彈簧的粗細掌握不当,彈力小风门不易滑动,彈力大推車时費力,在按裝上复杂,成本較高,移动不便。我們进行以下的改进: (一)將原风門的水平滑动道(兩側三角鉄)、傍側双滾珠,改为帶角度的滑动道(三号旧鉄軌)、上端單滾珠,依共自然滑动。 (二)原风門的頂架(凿岩机架子)、托架,彈簧、銅套等完全搬掉,在巷道兩側凿兩个約10公分左右水平眼,裝一小鉄管,連接拉桿。
