能力本位教育的核心是使学员具备从事某一职业所必须的实际能力,因此,英语作为专业课程,服务的基础课程应根据职业岗位上职业能力的需要,以够用为度。高职英语教师要根据高职学院的特点,以学生的需要为中心,调整高职英语教学目标,因材施教,有的放矢,对教材、教法进行全面改革,从而实现以能力为本位的高职英语教学。
The core of competency-based education is to equip students with the practical abilities necessary for engaging in a profession. Therefore, the basic course of English as a specialized course and service should be based on the professional ability of occupations and the adequacy of English.
