新型农村合作医疗制度是我国各地农村正在广泛推行的一项农村医疗保障制度,它有利于提高农民健康水平、减轻农民经济压力,是促进农村经济发展和构建和谐社会的理想途径之一。但由于种种因素的制约,其实施现状与预期效果尚存一定差距,其因素包括政治、经济、社会等多方面。本文主要从新农合实施的现状出发,分析影响农户参加新农合的心理因素,其意义在于了解农户参合时的真实意愿,以采取相应的措施来消除农民的顾虑,为以后的研究提供思路。
The new rural cooperative medical system is a rural medical security system that is widely practiced in rural areas throughout China. It is beneficial to improve farmers’ health and reduce economic pressure on farmers. It is an ideal way to promote rural economic development and build a harmonious society. However, due to the constraints of various factors, there are still some gaps between the status quo and the expected results. The factors include political, economic and social aspects. Based on the current situation of the implementation of new rural cooperative medical system, this paper analyzes the psychological factors that affect farmers ’participation in NRCMS. Its significance is to understand the true willingness of farmers when participating, and to take appropriate measures to eliminate farmers’ worries and provide ideas for future research.
