近两年,湖南省提出了“一手抓新站建设,一手抓老站提质改造”的建设理念,客运站提质改造工作取得了初步成效,在道路运输站场建设方面逐步摸索了新的经验。提质改造背景道路客运面临其他运输方式的挑战。湖南省2011年春运结束时,有一个数据改变了近年来的一个发展趋势,就是2011年春运40天道路客运量首次出现近年来的负增长,发送旅客8460万人,比2010年同期减少2.2%。分析原因,运输方式的多样化,铁路、民航特别是武广高铁运输快捷、售票方便、乘车环境舒适等诸多优点吸引了客源。
In the past two years, Hunan Province has put forward the construction concept of “building a new station with one hand in mind and improving quality in another hand”.
